RTI information

The Central Information Commission ruled in June 2013 that all political parties fall within the ambit of the RTI Act. That ruling has not been challenged, so it is the law. However, none of the major political parties has brought itself under the RTI. They refuse to walk the talk.

We decided that being a people's organisation, it is our obligation to place every piece of information before the people. Accordingly, we will not only suo moto publish information in accordance with section 4 of the RTI Act here but also publish a lot of other information that we think you should have access to.

Information will be updated very frequently. In fact, it will be our endeavour to implement tech-tools within the party that will help us disclose most of the information in real time.
